Up Foundation CIC

The Unlocking Potential Foundation is a Community Interest Company formed in 2015. They provide positive sporting and energy expending activities for young people which help them believe in themselves, learn new skills, move away from unhealthy and anti-social behaviours, and progress in their lives. They deliver the vast majority of their activities in Redditch. They lead both sessions on our own, whilst also working in partnership with other local organisations to deliver projects and activities. They aim to work with disadvantaged young people and young adults, with the majority of our participants in the 11-25 age brackets.
