Footcare & Podiatry - Our trained podiatrists can offer you footcare appointments from your home to maintain good foot health. Independence at home - Support for adults in Worcestershire to improve their independence, health and wellbeing at home. Veterans wellcheck - Our Veterans Service, in association with the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, is supporting the quality of life and wellbeing of veterans and their carers. The Companion Line - Are you or someone you know feeling lonely or isolated? Our Companion Line is here to help. Social activities - Find out more about Age UK H&W activities and events you can get involved with. Meeting Centres: Droitwich Spa Meeting Centre - Droitwich Spa Meeting centre is a welcoming place where people are supported to understand and adapt to living with dementia. Kidderminster and Stourport Meeting centres - our new centres in Kidderminster and in Stourport offering a safe and friendly place for people with dementia to help them understand and adapt to new ways of life.
