Your Ideas Youth and Community Project

Your Ideas is a Non-Profit making youth and community organisation based in Redditch, Worcestershire. We deliver a very varied programme to ensure each individual is given enough time and support. A lot of our work is done with vulnerable and or hard to reach groups or individuals who are experiencing difficulty in their lives. We specialise in supporting young people and adults on the Autistic Spectrum, challenging behaviours and are from hard to reach backgrounds. ​ We offer a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children, young people and young adults to gain confidence and positive coping strategies by trying new things, building positive relationships and having fun. ​ Your Ideas provides lots of activities through the week in our clubs and day time support services. By doing this we reach children who are otherwise lost to the system, making real changes to their lives. ​We operate from our large and well resourced centre that has an art room, kitchen, lounge pool room, fitness suite, gaming room and sensory garden. ​
