Worcestershire Association of Carers

Worcestershire Association of Carers is a registered charity that was founded in 1997. We act as an independent source of information, advice and support for the 63,000 unpaid adult carers in Worcestershire. What We Do: Whatever support you need, we try and find a way to help you! We provide a wide range of services which have been developed based on what carers tell us. Our services include: Worcestershire Carers Hub: Person centred support for carers Training and information sessions Emergency planning and Carers Emergency Cards Carer Voice: supporting carers to make themselves heard both at an individual Carer Wellbeing Service: providing a range of opportunities for carers to improve or maintain their physical and mental wellbeing Carers Unlimited: giving carers a break from their caring role and reducing social isolation and loneliness Carer Friendly Employer Network: we work with employers to encourage them to identify and support carers in the workplace. We also provide a range of community wellbeing services in Redditch, including Social Prescribing, Lifestyle Advice and Weight Management support.
