selfharmUK is a project dedicated to supporting young people impacted by self-harm, providing a safe space to talk, ask any questions and be honest about what's going on in your life. If you need to ask anything else, you can contact us and we'll do our best to help. selfharmUK is part of Youthscape, a registered UK charity that's been working to support young people aged 11 to 19 since 1993.
