Welcome to the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Wellbeing and Recovery college. Our aim is to increase awareness and understanding of recovery, self-management and preventing ill-health, while breaking down the stigmas that can impact on our health and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of FREE and LOW-COST courses and workshops designed to take each individual on a journey, however short or long, to find not only new skills, but the knowledge and understanding of how to manage your mental health, wellbeing and recovery.
