We help women by making grants to cover a range of needs, for example, funding removal costs, paying telephone bills, buying cookers & fridges and settling outstanding rent. Applicants can live anywhere in the UK, of any marital status, living alone or with family/friends. Please note: - For an application to be considered you must be prepared to provide written evidence (bank statements etc.). - From 01.07.2014, the Trust will only consider applications that are supported by an accredited third party e.g. Citizens Advice Bureau, Housing Association, other charitable organisations recognised by the Trust. The Trust is run by a small group of part-time volunteers. Meetings to review applications are normally held on a monthly basis. We aim to process applications as quickly as possible, but hope you will understand that we cannot always respond as quickly as we would like.
